If your package is missing, please check the tracking information on the UPS website. Occasionally, packages are delivered to a UPS Access Point rather than your home. This will be indicated on the tracking page. If the tracking details are unclear, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance. 

Please note that no refunds or gift cards will be provided for lost or stolen packages with picture proof of delivery.
