Can I send multiple returns in the same package?

Please send each return separately, using the prepaid label and return form for that specific order — don't combine returns from different orders in one package. Mixing returns can delay the processing and refund of your items, as it becomes difficult to track and verify each item properly. To ensure a smooth and timely return process, please use the correct label and return form for each order. 

What if I want a second exchange? 

After your first exchange, we're not able to offer another exchange on the same order — you'll be able to choose a refund or store credit instead. If you didn't purchase Checkout+, the flat return-label fee will apply at that point.
