What is your return window?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return or exchange. Items must be unworn with tags still attached.

Is there a fee to return an item?

Lolë offers Checkout+ to give you free return shipping: if you took advantage of Checkout+ at checkout, you'll receive a prepaid label through our returns portal for any return request. If you opted out of Checkout+, you're responsible for the cost of return shipping — you can purchase a return label directly through our returns portal, currently a $6 flat rate. Your first exchange on an order is always free, whether or not you purchased Checkout+.

What is Checkout+?

Checkout+ is an optional add-on you can select at checkout for a small percentage of your cart total ($3.48 minimum). It gets you free return shipping, a prepaid label through our returns portal for any return request, plus package protection: if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we'll replace it free of charge.
