All items come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty claims will be credited through a gift card only.
To submit a warranty claim, please send the following to [email protected] :
Proof of purchase
A photo of the damaged area on the item
A photo of the full item
A photo of the item tag
Please note, we only provide warranties on items purchased through our website or at a Lole store.
Items bought from third-party retailers must be processed through that retailer.
Additionally, accidental damage is not covered under the warranty policy.
